When you have your tank pumped it is very important that all of the solids are removed from the tank. When solids are particularly hard we use a Crust Buster to break it up and make sure that we have all of the solids out. In addition to that, all tanks installed after 1998 are required to have a filter to help ensure that only water is going out into the field lines and absorbing into the ground.The filter should be cleaned every year. For the convenience of our customers, we offer a Septic and Filter Maintenance contract in some areas. We will worry about when you are due for a filter cleaning and a pumpout. Just click here, print the contract and return it to us with payment. That's it. For another three years, you don't have to worry about it. At the end of the contract we will contact you and ask if you want to renew it. The contract is also a plus when you are ready to sell your home. Prospective buyers know that the system has been properly cared for and any remaining service on the contract can transfer to the new home owners. Definitely a perk!
